This Special Tariff vouchers available at any BSNL outlets or BSNL authorized Franchisee / retailers. Customers can avail these STVs via sending simple SMS without going to any BSNL outlets or BSNL authorized dealers. Simple sending a SMS with required value of STV under both 2G and 3G mobile services, the value of STV can be deducted from the main account balance of the BSNL Customer.
