Andhrapradesh Telecom Circle (BSNL) announced SMS based Selection procedure to its Customers/Franchisee/DSAs and Ratailers & Channel partners to choose mobile numbers via sending SMS in a simple manner under the scheme Choose Your Mobile Number.
Recently addtional 2Lakhs mobile numbers uploaded for customers to choose their favorite mobile number. Till now date BSNL AndhraPradesh has gained more than 1.75 lakhs of connections only through Choose your mobile number option which is provided on their Circle Official Website of Andhrapradesh.
By introduction of the above scheme by seeing results and its popularity BSNL Head Quarters has decided to introduce the same in all the Telecom Circles of BSNL all over India.
This scheme will enable customers to save time and also to BSNL. The procedure as follows:

For SMS based query "NLIST<space>Circle Code<space><upto 5 last digits>"
send SMS to 53734.
After reeving numbers, confirm by sending "CONF<space>Choice No" send SMS to 53734
Approach nearest BSNL CSC/Franchisee with PIN for activation.
