How to Get Teracom T-Pads (BSNL Tablet PCs) in Andhrapradesh

Andhrapradesh Telecom Circle (BSNL) has Launched Pantel Tablets (TPADs) in Andhraprdesh Circle on 03-11-2012.

The approved BSNL Tablet types of 2G/3G are here under below:-

• Model:TZ100—3G SlM slot/ Wifi facility: Price Rs. 10,999/-
• Model:TZ200---Dongle / Wifi facility : Price Rs. 6,499/-
• Model:TZ300---Dongle / Wifi facility : Price Rs. 3,999/-

M/s Teracom Limited is offering the tablets to customers through their authorized distributors and through BSNL sales channel partners or through BSNL Franchisee Channels.

The 2G SUK (Start Up Kit) preloaded SIMs (Contains Free 2G SIM and Free 4GB data to be utilized within 60 days of activation) will be issued to the customers after submitting the necessary documents or the customers who approach with BSNL TPADs.

The 3G SUK (Start Up Kit) preloaded SIMs (Contains Free 3G SIM and Free 2GB data to be utilized within 60 days of activation) will be issued to the customers after submitting the necessary documents or the customers who approach with BSNL TPADs.

Customers can get TPADs under both 3G and 2G Prepaid/Postpaid plans under BSNL Tablet Services. In addition 2GB customer will get all the freebies attached to the plan voucher.

Various denomination Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) available for Customers as per their requirement (Ask BSNL Helpdesk).

After sale support of devices:-

All the Tablets comes with conditional One year replacement warranty.
Under this conditional warranty, the product will be immediately replaced in case it malfunctions due to
manufacturing fault.
Accidental warranty and mishandling by end customer is not covered.
Teracom replacement warranty is honored at the local level by the Regional Distributor.
The regional distributor also provides maintenance services for the same.
