Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced and Introduced new SMS Special Tariff vouchers (STVs) under GSM Prepaid Mobile Services across Andhrapradesh Telecom Circle.
The APBSNL Competent Authority has decided to launch new Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) of Rs.12, Rs.23, Rs.52 and Rs.83 by following applicable terms and conditions.
The STV of Rs.12 offers Local/National SMS on-net @ 1ps/SMS and Local/National SMS off-net @ 10ps/SMS with validity for 7 days.
The STV of Rs.23 offers Local/National SMS on-net @ 1ps/SMS and Local/National SMS off-net @ 10ps/SMS with validity for 15 days.
The STV of Rs.52 offers Local/National SMS on-net @ 1ps/SMS and Local/National SMS off-net @ 10ps/SMS with validity for 60 days.
The STV of Rs.83 offers Local/National SMS on-net @ 1ps/SMS and Local/National SMS off-net @ 7ps/SMS with validity for 20 days.

The SMS Tariff applicable upto 100 SMS per day per SIM only. All SMSs beyond 100 per day will be charged @ Rs.0.50/SMS or SMS charges as per base tariff plan whichever is higher.
The above SMS STVs will be implemented and with effect from 20-02-2013.
