India’s most trusted telecom brand Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced new 4 digit short code for Grievance Registration and Redressal of Consumer Civil Supplies.
Earlier allotted 4 digit short code ‘1967’ number provided to the Commission of Civil supplies Hyderabad and has been routed to the Toll Free No: 1800 425 0082 and mapped with PRI No:040-23404190.
Most of the calls that were received are wrong numbers i.e calls are getting diverted to the above number and the calls made from all the other private mobile operators were not getting connected when attempted to make a call to the 4 digit no: ‘1967’.
In this connection BSNL created new 4 digit short code no: ‘1067’ for Commission of Civil Supplies.
