Tech Mahindra Introduces Mobile Saral Rozgar Card across the country for Job seekers

To create a common pool for Jobseekers and Job providers IT services major Tech Mahindra launched ‘Saral Rozgar Cards across the country.

The Tech Mahindra Officials announced that, this new mobile job marketplace Saral Rozgar connects to mainstream employers and blue collared employers across the country through mobile network in their own language in reasonable mode.

Tech Mahindra’s mobility business head Jagdish Mitra said,

Saral Rozgar Card available at Rs.50 for Job seekers registering through a simple voice call where they can easily access in their local language by dialing 1860 180 1100 from anywhere in India. Mitra also added, Saral Rozgar Card helps Jobseekers to create their resumes online and connect them to potential employers. Additionally, SMEs or entrepreneurs can also reach them through voice calls and currently there are over 37 crore blue collared workers who are unskilled or semi-skilled. Our aim is to reduce this Socio-economic imbalance and bridge the digital divide by ensuring that job seekers get plenty job openings.

"At present, Saral Rozgar has over 1 lakh job opportunities in more than 100 job collections. In Delhi and NCR region, we have more than 15,000 jobs identified in major industrial groups of Dharuhera, Manesar, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Sahibabad and Dadri," Vivek Chandok, VP, VAS product and portfolio. The top job categories in demand include retail, accounting, tailoring, electrician, machine operator, cooks, security guards, F&B executives and delivery boys, Tech Mahindra said.
