New STV to make cheaper calls to Nepal introduced in Andrapradesh/Telangana.

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched new Special Tariff Voucher of Rs.18 across in Andhrapradesh/Telangana Circle to make calls to Nepal at reasonable tariff under prepaid plans mobile services.


New STV of Rs.18 offers, Prepaid mobile customers to make outgoing calls to Nepal at Rs.6.50 per minute. Earlier BSNL is charging of Rs.10 per minute for Nepal outgoing calls.

This decision behind is recently Indian Prime Minister visited Nepal country and on gesture basis Department of Telecommunication (DoT) has decided to drop calling tariff to Nepal.
