BSNL has announced the revision of ISD Calling rates from 2nd October, 2015 onwards.
State owned Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to revise the ISD calling tariff and pulse duration for all ISD voice calls according to the guidelines and instructions of TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) across Andhrapradesh and Telangana Telecom Circles.
The revision in tariff is applicable for Plans with 60 seconds pulse duration, plans working on Metered call units (MCU) basis and for ISD PCOs. Whenever the carrier charges exceed 80 percent of ISD tariff the PSU will be revising the existing tariff. As per the latest changes in the international carrier charges and change in Dollar rates BSNL has revised ISD calling tariff.

The revised ISD calling tariff will be implemented with effect from 2nd October, 2015 onwards across Andhrapradesh and Telangana Circle.
