State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced revision of its CDMA prepaid service tariff after hike of Service Tax from 14 per cent to 14.5 percent.
The Government of India added extra 0.5 per cent of Service tax as ‘Swatch Bharat Cess’ in addition to the existing service tax of 14 per cent and total becomes to 14% + 0.5% = 14.5% on all BSNL products and services across the country.
