BSNL reached a new target in SIM sales for activating 17.5 lakhs of new mobile connections in the month of December, 2015.
State owned Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has gained upto 17.5 mobile connections during December, 2015 month. PAN India BSNL added SIM sales all time highest figure of 17.5 lakhs which is 87.59 per cent of the monthly target set of December, 2015 month.
To achieve this target few Telecom Circles played vital role in getting more connection for its best performance especially Jharkhand, North East-1, Rajasthan, Tamilnadu, (Including Chennai) Maharashtra and Kolkata telecom district. Except West Bengal and Jammu and Kashmir Telecom Circles achieved below 50 per cent assigned target, all the telecom circles in India performed very well.
BSNL compared to November, 2015 month has doubled its SIM sales (increased of 102.4 per cent) in December, 2015.
BSNL has attracted customers by introducing unbelievable offers like Free National Roaming anywhere in India to any network from BSNL Landline/Broadband for both Prepaid and Postpaid mobile customers.
