BSNL keeping good relations with its partner customers has introduced new Webcare services for enterprise customers across the country.
State runs Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launches new Web-care service for its enterprise customers has an option to put a call back request on BSNL’s portal.
Through this new webcare service new enterprise customers who want lease lines, MPLS-VPN, VPNoBB, Mobile CUG, bulk landline connections, bulk push SMS, bulk broadband connection, etc., can register their requirements by submitting contact details along with request on Web-care portal.
Simultaneously, BSNL is testing its Ultra Fast 4G LTE services which can provide speed upto 100Mbps and customer will be able to download large files of the order of 1GB within seconds which takes hours at present.
