As financial is ending BSNL announced special schemes to Prepaid customers like Free SIM card offer, Extra Data usage on Data plan Vouchers, Extension offer on most popular and cheap Voice Calling STV etc to increase revenue as well get more connections.
As per latest information, BSNL has planned to increase Postpaid mobile connections and its services has decided to offer Free Data usage under Postpaid Voice plans will be applicable in Home LSA as well while in Roaming any where in India.
According to the 43rd Amendment of TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) instructions/guidelines and orders issued time to time BSNL has rationalized Postpaid data usage tariff under mobile plan services, the details as follows:
Special Discount is offered upto 60 per cent on charging of data usage beyond free data usage available with Data Add-Ons.
Under Postpaid Voice plans Free data offered will be applicable in Home LSA also while in Roaming.
- The discount will be offered to customers who subscribe Data Add-On and data usage shoots beyond free data limit.
- Postpaid customers who are using data without subscribing to data Add-on will be charged at prevailing rate as defined in plan without this discount. This discounting will not be applicable to EB customers and Blackberry data plans.
- Further, such customers using Data Add-Ons and availing above discount, should be advised to choose higher data Add-On through BSNL customers service center or BSNL Call centers or BSNL Channel partners.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
