Under Rationalization of Prepaid services BSNL revised lower denomination Balance Topup cards and withdrawn the benefit for starter topup cards to GP1 and GP2 prepaid customers across Andhrapradesh and Telangana circles.
State owned Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) according to the 43rd amendment of TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) instructions and guidelines issued from time to time has decided to rationalize the GSM mobile products of Prepaid Topup cards used for validity as well balance recharge for use of voice calls and other services.
As per BSNL website information, BSNL AP Telecom and Telangana Telecom circle has decided to withdraw lowest denomination Prepaid Topup cards of Rs.10/-, Rs.20/- for GP1 and GP2 customers. Now onwards to increase the validity for prepaid mobile plan validity GP1 and GP2 customer need to recharge above Rs.20/- Topup voucher. However, the validity of the Prepaid balance cards also revised and from 29th December, 2019 onwards the revised validity is applicable for AP and TS prepaid customers.
The above revision will be implemented with effect from 2019 December, 29th onwards and applicable across Andhrapradesh and Telangana telecom

Revised validity Prepaid Topup cards denomination wise
- BSNL will not provide any validty when Prepaid user recharges Rs.10/- and Rs.20/- topup card.
- On recharge of Topup Rs.30/- user will get revised 14 days validity instead of 18 days validity
- On recharge of Topup Rs.110/- user will get revised 60 days validity instead of 66 days validity
- On recharge of Topup Rs.160/- user will get revised 90 days validity instead of 96 days validity
- On recharge of Topup Rs.220/- user will get revised 120 days validity instead of 132 days validity
