Highlights of New BSNL Blackout days freebies usage Prepaid mobile plan voucher
Increasing demand for usage of freebies on Blackout days listed by BSNL earlier a new Prepaid Unlimited voice calling Plan launched across Andhrapradesh and Telangana telecom circle under GSM mobile services.
As per BSNL website information, BSNL AP and TS combined introduced new Unlimited voice calls benefit Plan voucher of Rs.599 which allows user to avail freebies coming with plan recharge on blackout days on PAN India basis.
On recharge of voucher Pre-paid plan 599 gives Unlimited Local/STD/National Roaming voice calls benefit to any network. However, this option is not applicable for user while they are in Roaming under Mumbai and New Delhi network areas.
In addition prepaid mobile user through 599 Pre-paid plan can also make unlimited voice calls on BSNL black-out days. The initial plan and freebies validity of Plan-voucher 599 is 180 days.

- Migration from other prepaid plan to this 599 is allowed
- Self-care subscription is not allowed in this plan
- All other bsnl tariff is as per Per-minute prepaid plan
- Special full talk value on prepaid topup denomination of Rs.500 to Rs.1000 and Rs.1500, Rs.2000, Rs.2200, Rs.2500 and Rs.3000 offered in Per-minute plan is not applicable for 599-Plan.
