Few districts of Andhra pradesh telecom circle Prakasam, Kurnool and Cuddapah BSNL launches high speed 4G VoLTE services.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Andhrapradesh telecom circle has announced the bsnl 4g launch date in Prakasam, Cuddapah and Kurnool districts of AP Telecom from 00:00 Hours of 30-04-2020 at the locations / cities where BSNL 4G network mobile services was already commissioned.
On this occasion, Prakasam, Cuddapah and Kurnool district authorities has decided to popularize the following procedure among the customers for optimum utilization of 4G BSNL SIM VoLTE services and to improve BSNL brand image.
BSNL requested all its mobile 4G Customers to activate VoLTE BSNL 4G SIM by sending SMS as ACT VOLTE to 53733 from their Mobile Handset.
BSNL 4G VoLTE service will be activated if their Handset is compatible with BSNL 4G Mobile VoLTE service, else they will get reply as your Handset is not compatible with BSNL Mobile 4G VoLTE service.
Subsequently, Customers has to set network mode in the mobile network settings in the Handset, as "LTE preferred mode" or "LTE/WCDMA/GSM Auto" or " VoLTE Enabled " .
4G VoLTE BSNL customers have to upgrade their Handset with the latest software provided by their Handset manufacturer and also recharge bsnl 4g plan in ap.
lf VoLTE 4G customers are using Dual SIM Handset, then they are requested use BSNL 4G SIM in the first slot to avail BSSNL 4G prepaid plans and 4G Postpaid services.
