This scheme will enable customers to save time and also to BSNL.
The procedure as follows:

Detailed procedure for selection and activation of Choice Mobile number through website (Online Registration)The Customers will access the e-auction website for getting registered to participate in web based auction of GSM Premium Prepaid plans mobile numbers. The initial registration through the e-auction portal is FREE.
- Customer can register through ‘Login/Register’ like in menu bar. Customer has to Login with his/her Mobile number and email ID. After successful registration Customer will be informed a password through SMS and email.
- Customer has to Click on ‘Login’ link button using the password received auto generated procedure and Click on accept terms and conditions to proceed further.
- After successful login Customer will be directed to Welcome page. Customer can change password using ‘Change Password’ option available in menu bar. Customer can fill his details in ‘Profile form’. Customer can select the Mobile Vanity numbers by clicking ‘Available Numbers’.
- To bid for Mobile Vanity number, customer has to register with registration fee (Non-Refundable) as fixed that can be paid online. For Vanity numbers with base value in range, Rs.XXXX/- and above the registration fee is Rs.XXX.
- After paying the requisite registration charges for that number, customer can bid for that particular number available in ‘My Bid Status’ menu. Customer can start bidding numbers for which registration is successful.
- Selecting number on the Left hand side (Blue background), customer can see the number of bids and its current bid value. Incremental value for bidding has been fixed as XX% for numbers of base value Rs.xxxxx and above and X% for numbers of base value below Rs.xxxx.
- If the customer wants to bid higher than the present maximum bid value, he/she can click ‘Click to bid’. His/her bid will be present with ‘Current bid value + one more incremental value. His/her bid will appear along with the amount bid by him/her in RED color.
- After end of bidding successful H1 bidder will receive a PIN on his registered mobile number customer can take this PIN to any CSC in Andhrapradesh/Telangana with his/her Customer Application For (CAF) and on payment of bidding amount + GST (18%) he/she will be allotted the number.

- Ration card having photo with date of issue (period of validity)
PAN card with date of issue, - Students Photo ID card issued by Govt.recognized educational institutions (with validity), Photo ID ard issued (of Central Govt/State Govt/PSU only) with validity/date of issue.

- Latest BSNL Landline Bill (Within 3 months)
- Passport with validity
- Driving License with validity
- Voter ID card with date of issue
- Ration card having photo with date of issue (period of validity)
- Certificate of address with photo issued by recognized educational institutes for students only.
- Electricity bill (within 3 months)
- Photo ID card issued (of Central Govt/State Govt/PSU only) with validity/date of issue.
