Andhrapradesh Telecom Circle (BSNL) has announced New STVs under both 2G and 3G prepaid Mobile services. APBSNL competent authority has been decided for introduction of two New STVs of ` 135 with 30 days validity and ` 59 with 15 days validity, these two STVs applicable for both 2G and 3G Prepaid Mobile services.
