Internet services after arriving low-budget i.e common man budget Smartphones runs on Android version in the Indian market the usage of Internet has been gradually increased.
BSNL come up with Official services enabling people ‘BSNL At Your Door Step’ services through UDAAN for applying new connections for free-calling Landline plans, Unlimited Broadband plans and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) services.
To register for any new connection or services users have two choices to apply application form online.
Choice One:
Visit BSNL Official UDAAN website and give necessary information as requested to apply for New ADSL or FTTH Broadband connection as follows.

Wherever * Red star mark is visible customer have to give correct information compulsory it is mandatory for further reference.
- Choose Your Circle i.e Andhrapradesh etc
- Choose Your SSA/District i.e Hyderabad or Visakapatnam or Warangal
- Type full name to appear on Bill or further reference
- Provide Mobile number to contact,
- Provide Landline (If you’ve have) Number or nearest and Email address (To send latest updates).
- Select services you want to apply i.e Broadband, Landline, Data Card, EVDO, FTTH etc.
- After choice of services select according to your required plan which is best match for you. If you don’t about plans tariff details then click on RED link to know more information about plans.
- Furnish correct address (door no), area, sub-area, village/mandal, pincode to match with document submitted along with application form to offer new connection or services.
- Users have to mention which day or time slot is convenient to give BSNL in the above mentioned address.
- Before ‘Submitting application form online’ users requested that Please check once again whether any manual error i.e typing mistakes occurred while typing.
After verification of application ‘Click on submit button’ immediately message sent to mobile number provided in the application form and within 48 hours you’ll receive a call from BSNL officials for confirmation from your end.
Choice Two:
- Users can simply send SMS from their mobile to get new BSNL connection i.e for Broadband, Landline, Data Card, FTTH etc., type message to send SMS:
- For Landline connection LL eg: LL to 54141
- For new Broadband connection or existing connection BB, eg: BB to 54141
- For both new Landline and Broadband connection LL+BB, eg: LL+BB to 54141
- For 3G service DEMAND 3G to 51503

Applying online or sending SMS for new connection or services BSNL sales team will contact you and come to your Doorstep to collect documents and give the connection.
