State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) migrate new to Intelligent Network (IN) across South Zone Circles and announced change in procedure for registration of Friends Family (FnF) numbers, SMS Keywords for activation of Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) and new features through SMS
Recently BSNL upgraded to new Intelligent Network (IN) at Tirchy for holding BSNL mobile customer grievances through single wing. BSNL already proved the best Telecom service Provider in India can handle nearly around 82.5 million calls at a time in Andhrapradesh, Kerala, Tamilandu and Telangana circles in south zone.
In this course the keywords used for activation of Friends and Family, Special Tariff Vouchers, Plan vouchers, balance enquiry, data usage enquiry, SMS balance enquiry in Prepaid mobile services can work under new Intelligent Network (IN) to offer best services to customers of BSNL south zone without any interruption.
