Now BSNL to overcome these issues BSNL facilitates Customer Care Portal for Customers to register New service Request, Complaint Booking, To know Complaint Status etc., for Landline, Broadband/GSM/CDMA services.

Most of the customers are complaining about when they call to BSNL customer care number simply put hold calls in minutes/hours without any answers. Now to end up this practice BSNL has decided to develop customer care portal to solve all the complaints, requests lodged online within days (if possible in day i.e 24 hours).

Visit BSNL Official Website (CHQ Website)
Click on ‘Customer Care’ link below (Third one Green icon)

Now you can have link options like

  • Status Appeal

New Service Request
Under New Service Request customer can book new connection for BSNL Landline, Broadband, GSM Postpaid, CDMA services providing State (Circle), District, Mobile Number to contact and Address (Remarks if any).

Complaint Booking for Landline/Broadband GSM/CDMA
  • Click on ‘Complaint Booking’ link
  • Select your ‘State (Circle)’ as shown in the image
  • You’ll be redirected to Cellular CustomerCare Manager
  • Now Enter Your 10 digit Mobile number
  • Select Your Complaint Category (eg: For 3G/2G speed related complaint choose ‘Network Complaint’) from drop down list as show in the image
  • Click on Proceed button
  • Select State/Circle Circle 'Radio button’ in Coverage Problem faced at category
  • In sub-category choose your problem i.e call drop, 2G/3G speed related, weak signal, Out of Coverage area, Speech break etc.
  • Now click on ‘Proceed’ button other wise click on Reset button to re-select options
  • Now enter you details like District Name, Location Name, Alternate Contact number and Case of summary in few words proceed to Click on ‘Register’ button to book complaint.



That’s it you’ve done, your complaint has been registered and an SMS notification with registered complaint docket number will be sent to your registered mobile number, keep to save this message in your mobile or note it anywhere for further reference.
