BSNL Prepaid Andhrapradesh and Telangana Validity extension prepaid recharge plans Per-second and Per-minute existing freebies revised under rationalization of GSM prepaid mobile services.

BSNL lifetime validity Prepaid mobile plans Per-second and Per-minute in AP and TS telecom circle according to the 43rd Amendment of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Instructions and guidlines issued from time to time has decided to revise the validity offering on recharge Prepaid plans of Rs.109 (Persecond) and Rs.107 (Perminute) from 27th November, 2018 onwards.

• Revised PerSecond Plan 106/- (to be consumed within 60 days) offered with revised freebies of Rs.100/- free talk value to be added in main account balance comes with revised validity of 90 days instead of 180 days erstwhile.
• Revised PerSecond Plan 107/- (to be consumed within 60 days) offered with revised freebies of Rs.100/- free talk value to be added in main account balance comes with revised validity of 90 days instead of 180 days erstwhile.

On loading of Validity extension plan 36 persecond and Validity extension plan 37 perminute prepaid mobile plans for migration or validity extension the validity will be the same extended by 90 days only.

What is validity extension Per second and Per minute ?

These life time validity plan vouchers used customers to increase validity further period of six months (revised to 3 months).

What is Plan Voucher?

Plan voucher is nothing but its a First Recharge Coupon (FRC) used or recharged at the time new prepaid connection i.e buying a new sim.
It is totally diffferent with STV (Special Tariff Voucher) which is used later on after having Plan voucher recharged.

What is STV in BSNL?

BSNL STV means Special Tariff Voucher (STV) specially designed by BSNL and available in Voice, Data (Internet packs), ISD, SMS segments across India.
The main aim of these STVs is prepaid customers can make Limited and Unlimited voice calls, unlimited internet usage and reduced tariff voice calls to ISD numbers and send free SMS with limited period of validity.
Few STVs comes with talk value and other offer reduced rate voice calls under mobile prepaid tariff.

What is the difference between validity extension per second and per minute?

There is nothing difference between these two bsnl extension vouchers for validity in freebies and validity period.
All the voice calls will be metered in seconds under Per-second plan whereas all voice calls will be metered in minutes under Per-minute prepaid plan.
