Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited started a unique service known as 'Choose Your Mobile Number' which we also called BSNL CYMN or Online Mobile numbers bidding.
Under this service any mobile user having BSNL number can register and reserve his/her Mobile Fancy / Vanity numbers without any paying any charges for signup.
Andhrapradesh Telecom (BSNL Telangana) combined started GSM Premium numbers auction which commence CYMN BSNL onwards. The customer can choose any one GSM mobile number of his/her choice from available list of Premium numbers by simple registration at cymn.bsnl.co.in bsnl's official portal.
Andhrapradesh and Telangana Resident of any mobile customer (Postpaid or Prepaid) can participate in this e-auction i.e online bidding process to grab vanity/premium numbers.
According the fancy numbers types BSNL categorized mobile numbers into Level-1, Level-2 et. and bsnl charges Rs.150/- for each registration of number. Starting level vanity numbers value is ranging between level Rs.500/- to Rs.3000/- and other higher level numbers is between Rs.3000/- to 1,75,000/- is varies from Rs.300/- to Rs.3000/- respectively.

BSNL cheating the customer my plan is 1699 validity for 455 days Aise daily 3GB data unlimited call and hundred SMS BSNL given data 3GB up to 31 December 2019 correctly but from 1st January 2020 reduced to 2GB only for reasons not known it is nothing but cheating the customers verify my plan and give 3GB data there is nobody to answer in the customer care
