In view of the demand for Mobile fixed monthly rental plans BSNL introduces new Postpaid plan 199 with Free Data with rollover facility.
Public Telecommunications Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) under Postpaid mobile services has announced the the launch of new Monthly rental rental plan 199 for mobile post users in Andhra pradesh and telangana circles from 1st December, 2020 onwards.

Plan Postpaid 199 offers Unlimited voice calls to BSNL network and 300 free minutes for Other network numbers with 25GB free data usage (Free data with rollover facility for main and family connections as 3 times the monthly free data upto 75GB (Data Rollover is applicable to Live Plans i.e. for plans (199/399/525/798/999) only).
However, data usage beyond free limit (as per FUP limit) will be charged Rs.10.24 per GB (1Paisa/MB). Plan 199 subscriber will also get Free 100 SMS per day in Home and National Roaming (Including Mumbai and Delhi areas).
How to get a bsnl postpaid sim: Approach nearest bsnl customers service center or call bsnl call center number 1800 345 1503 for booking new mobile connection.
Terms and Conditions:
- National Roaming calls will be charged as per the bsnl tariff plan of the customer.
- FUP: - Unlimited voice means 250min/day (local/STD/on-net/off-net) (HPLMN/ National roaming including MTNL network) (If a Customer using more than 250minutes outgoing minutes [(Local + STD + Outgoing Roaming) (On- net/Off-net) as per Unlimited recharge benefits] in a day will be charged at base plans bsnl tariff, after consumption of 250 minutes for the rest of the day till midnight 0.00hrs.”). This Plan is intended only for personal use of included services. BSNL reserves the right to discontinue the free Voice benefits offered as part of this Plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. The voice/SMS benefits under the Plan cannot be used for outgoing calls/SMS to premium numbers, IN numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same.
- Withdrawal of postpaid plans of FMC Rs. 99/225/325/799 for new connections, from 01-12-2020. The existing customers will remain in the closed plans (FMC Rs. 99/225/325/799) till further order. However, no new connections will be allowed in these plans.
- Introduction of New Postpaid Plans from 01-12-2020.
- Data Rollover (accumulation of unused data to next month) of free data usage up to 3 times the monthly data with all postpaid plans w.e.f 01-12-2020. Data Rollover is applicable to Live Plans i.e. for plans (199/399/525/798/999) only.
- Data freebies rationalization w.e.f 01-12-2020 for Plan-399 to 70GB (Data Rollover up to 210 GB Allowed) and Plan-525 to 85GB (Data Rollover up to 255GB allowed).
- Data freebies of all Plans ( Live and Closed) will be limited plans from 01-12-2020 with data charges of Rs. 10.24/GB beyond free data usages. No speed restriction after free data usage will be imposed.
- One additional Family SIM with Unlimited Voice facility with Plan-525 with no free data /SMS. However, family connection will not be extended to plan 525 working under BSNL Employees category.
- Offer of Rs.25 as discount for 3 months to the customers of Plan 99/225/325 migrating to any higher plan. This offer is for the limited period of 90 days from the date of withdrawal of Plan 99/225/325.
- Offer of Rs.50 as discount for 3 months to the customers of Plan 799 migrating to higher plan-999. This offer is for the limited period of 90 days from the date of withdrawal of Plan 799.
- Advance Rental option: 11 Month FMC for annual advance rental and 21 month FMC for the biannual advance rental for all postpaid plans.
- Withdrawal of all postpaid Data/Voice/SMS Add-ons w.e.f 01-12-2020.
- Introduction of new Data Add-On from 01-12-2020: Rs. 150 –: Free data 40GB, Rs. 250--: Free Data 70GB
The above tariffs are applicable from 01-12-2020. This may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
