Public Telecommunications company in India Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to conduct live Twitter sessions (Twitter Town Hall) from BSNL Circle Heads (Circle General Manager) in November 2020. The PSU planned to run Twitter Town Hall in an effort to address customer complaints and improve its social media presence.

As per BSNL official twitter handle online report, BSNL celebrated October 2020 as "Customer Delight Month" as part of BSNL 2020 formation day celebrations. Now, BSNL CMD Sri.PK Purwar has ordered all BSNL units to conduct live sessions on Twitter (Twitter Town Hall) at the circle level to popularize BSNL's presence on social media with the general public.

BSNL customers can follow the Telangana CGM from their Twitter account and submit tweet inquiries and complaints using hash tags as indicated. Two BSNL units: Kerala and Telangana have already announced dates for live Twitter sessions as per the table above. All other BSNL units will also declare dates for Twitter town hall sessions in the coming days.

BSNL customers can take this opportunity to submit their long standing complaints related to various BSNL services such as: BSNL Fixed, BSNL Broadband, BSNL FTTH, BSNL Mobile, BSNL 3G, BSNL 4G, etc. 

During these sessions, customers can also submit their complaints regarding BSNL mobile coverage issues, BSNL mobile call drop issues, poor quality of service, BSNL billing complaints, complaints regarding value added services, etc., during these sessions. Live Twitter.
