Under rationalization of prepaid tariff plans bsnl revised 499 plan and recharge 198 of prepaid in Andhra pradesh and Telangana telecom circle.
Public Telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL has announced the rationalization of prepaid mobile packs i.e prepaid mobile special tariff vouchers of Rs.499 and Rs.198 in AP telecom and telanagana circle under GSM mobile services.
This is not the first time of rationalization of prepaid mobile packs of BSNL. It is a routine process according to the 43rd Amendment of Telecom Regulatory authority of India (TRAI) instructions and guidelines issued from time to time has revised the existing bsnl 499 plan prepaid and 198 plan recharge. Let's check the details how in what way bsnl revised the said prepaid vouchers freebies.
Recharge Online 499 Prepaid plan
BSNL STV 499 plan details
Revised bsnl stv 499 prepaid offers 2GB of free data usage per day instead of 1GB free data with unchanged unlimited voice calls to any network (Local/STD/National Roaming - Including while roaming in Mumbai and Delhi).
As well, there is no change in SMS offer 100 messages per day with BSNL Tune and ZING app subscription. Now, coming to the validity bsnl has not revised the validity of remained the same 90 days (calendar days).

BSNL recharge 198 plan details
For prepaid recharge 198 bsnl remained the same freebies without any change i.e bsnl 198 recharge offer, unlimited data (speed restricted to 40 Kbps after 2GB per day) with BSNL Tune with unlimited song chage option. Now, recharge 198 plan gives 50 days validity instead of 54 days, bsnl reduced four days of validity for this stv 198 recharge. (Recharge online 198 plan)

The above prepaid recharge plans revision will be implemented with effect from 1st June, 2021 onwards and applicable to all prepaid mobile customers of Andhra pradesh and Telangana circle.
